Kennedy Cattle can trace our roots to two Limousin cows, Andora and Rainbow, given by Kim's grandpa, Ival Hardy, who long ago owned Hardy Grain and raised registered Limousin cattle. Terry and Kim were no stranger to cattle; both are 4-H and FFA alumni and showed cattle throughout school.
When Shae was ready to start showing livestock, the family sold these cows to make way for her first show lamb, Princess. Soon after, Showtime Club Lambs was started. Over the next several years, the Kennedy family raised Dorset, Hampshire and Crossbred sheep, winning Champion and Grand at local shows, Champion Dorset at the Tulsa State Fair, and making the sale at the Arizona National Livestock Show.
After Shae graduated, Kaden and Kale wanted to shift their focus to showing cattle, so the sheep were sold. The rest, as they say, is history.
